Rachael Irby
Instructor
As a Northern California resident for 18 years, Rachael's Pilates journey began in 2017, when she was introduced to it in North Carolina. She loved it as an alternative way to exercise. Not long after, she found relief from the chronic neck and back pain she had been battling for years; it quickly evolved into a daily obsession and a deep connection to her body.
After completing the classical comprehensive certification at Peak Pilates, she transitioned from student to instructor and truly appreciates how Pilates offers continuous learning for everyone.
There is no greater thrill than seeing that transformative moment in a client's eyes when they connect to their body, and a movement finally clicks. She is dedicated to sharing this mindful practice, helping others find strength, balance, and the same joy of discovery that changed her life.
