Jen Jansen

Owner + Instructor

Jen is the owner of Auburn Pilates. Jen received her comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body University.

Jen was born in Auburn, CA. After graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles, she returned to Auburn. It was at this time that she discovered Pilates. She quickly fell in love with the Pilates repertoire and its ability to provide an incredible workout for almost anyone. Jen works to create a challenging workout that will help her clients feel and move better every day.

Sarah Paltridge

Instructor

Sarah received her comprehensive Pilates certification from Power Pilates in the classical Pilates method. Additionally, she is extensively trained in ballet and is a certified TRX instructor.

Sarah loves Pilates as a practice that brings health to the body, improves posture, brings greater mindfulness and strengthens the core. She enjoys working with adults of all ages, teens and children. She finds satisfaction helping her clients get stronger, increase their flexibility and reduce or eliminate pain.

Trinity Minty

Instructor

PMA-CPT completed her comprehensive teacher training through Balanced Body at the Pilates Collective in Sebastopol CA and has been teaching Pilates since 2012. Trinity uses a student-centered approach in her teaching to foster the greatest amount of autonomy in her students and is driven to help each person find their fullest potential. Bringing compassion, curiosity, humility and humor to each interaction, Trinity is thrilled to offer this highly-potent form of whole-person conditioning to the experienced practitioner and beginner alike! Trinity is a PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) Certified Pilates Teacher, a Skillful Teaching Mentor at an international Pilates education company and has completed the Master’s Program of the Science and Psychology of Teaching.

Wendy Mac

Instructor

PMA Certified Master Pilates Trainer, E-RYT Yoga Alliance Teacher Trainer, Level 2 Stott Pilates Trainer and AFAA PT, brings with her nearly two decades of experience in the pilates and yoga world. Her dance/performance background and love of music help her bring a unique, fun and energetic flavor to all her classes. Wendy loves to work with a wide variety of clients and populations— from novice to advanced, from post rehab to elite athletes. She believes that pilates is something that anyone can benefit from, regardless of age, gender or skill set. Her goal is to help and support her students to be the very best they can be, regardless of age, gender, fitness level, injury or size. All are welcome!
